Re-Blocking & Restorations
We can bring life back to your favorite hat with our restoration services. We offer blocking, cleaning, mending, and retrimming services. Restorations accepted for vintage and modern hats. Service prices are for non Carolina Millinery and Carolina Hat Girl Labels. Our labels are repaired and cleaned at no charge. Need to mail your hat download form at the bottom of this page.
Full Restoration
Full restoration includes Re-block, cleaning, replacement of brim wire and sweatband.
Full Re-Block
Full Re-block crown and flange.
Touch Up Block
Touch-Up Blocking Hat slightly out of shape. Touch up for the crown or brim.
Leather Sweatband Replacement
Replace leather sweatband. Add Intials $15 for three letters or $3 per letter for full name.
Grosgrain Sweatband Replacement
Replace grosgrain sweatband.
Brim Wire Replacement
Replace brim wire. +60 for edge binding ribbon.
Re size
Re size only. +Additional fees may apply if re-blocking is necessary.
Stretch
Stretch only. +Additional fees may apply if re-blocking is required.
Bind Edge with Ribbon
Bind edge with ribbon.
Felt Cleaning
Brush, polish, and freshen felted hat. Price varies based on condition of hat.
Straw Cleaning
Clean and freshen straw hat. Price varies based on condition of hat.

Please print the shipping form at the bottom of this page. Print one form for each hat being shipped.
